Brain mapping — the systematic effort to chart the structure, connectivity, molecular composition and function of the nervous system across spatial scales — stands as one of the defining scientific endeavours of our era. The 2026 Sino-Swiss Symposium on Brain Mapping is designed to bring together leading researchers from China and Switzerland for three days of scientific exchange, laboratory visits in Lausanne and Geneva, platform demonstrations, and strategic discussions on collaborative infrastructure.
The program for all days and details about the speakers and organizers are available HERE.
Program on July 1: Symposium at DNF-UNIL (Lausanne) open to the entire research community hosting talks by Chinese and NeuroLéman researchers on the multiverse of brain imaging tools and applications from micro- to macroscale.
Attendance to the symposium is free of charge, but please register HERE before June 25 to ease our logistics.
Program on July 2 & 3: Group discussions, lab and platform visits in Lausanne and Geneva.
If you are interested to actively participate in the group discussions on days 2 and 3, please contact ron.stoop@unil.ch
