Laurens Pipoz studied physics at EPFL, where he specialized in plasma physics. During his master, he investigated bacterial responses to plasma-activated water using bacterial nanomotion-based techniques. He will spend six months as a Master’s trainee in the RISK Group, working on the Coalback project. The project explores the potential for durable CO₂ removal through wood burial in former mines.
