Research Interest

My research is divided into three interconnected aspects. Firstly, I focus on Paleozoic cyclostratigraphy and paleoclimate modelling, and build astronomically calibrated time scales. Secondly, I aim to gain a better understanding of the causes and consequences of major Cambrian geochemical and biotic changes recorded in marine carbonate sediments. Finally, I am interested in the linkage between Milankovitch forcing, the rate, and pacing of Cambrian evolutionary and ecological events.
