REALISTIC design storms

With the aim of generating realistic design storms for improved flood risk assessment, we present a new model that simulates precipitation events while preserving observed dependencies across multiple durations, combining a vine copula sampling with a constrained micro-canonical cascade to reflect physically consistent storm structures.
