A study on reference systems will make it possible to identify the digital competences needed for teaching and learning in Swiss universities and colleges (HES/HEU).

In order to define a digital skills reference framework for teaching and student communities, we based ourselves on existing reference frameworks, DigComp and DigCompEdu, European reference frameworks for digital skills.

Digital Competence Framework for Teachers

The Digital Competence Framework for teachers is based on the European DigCompEdu reference framework and will highlight the necessary competences specific to hybrid and distance learning by drawing on the expertise of each of the two institutions.

Digital Competence Framework for Student

The Digital Competence Framework for students is based on the European DigComp reference framework for citizens. This has recently been adapted and enriched in a new version DigComp 2.2, 2022.
