We provide de data set for the comparison of MRI-based automated segmentation methods and functional neurosurgery targeting with direct visualization of the Ventro-intermediate thalamic nucleus at 7T. The MR images are acquired from 9 young healthy subjects, 4 elderly healthy subjects and 2 drug-resistant tremor patients treated treated with Vim radiosurgery by Gamma Knife. The provided dataset includes the following modalities:
– MPRRAGE @3T
– DWI @3T
– MP2RAGE @7T
– SWI @7T
– binary masks of the manual delineation of both left and right Vim respectively that were done on the SWI.
