D.Day 2024

Discover what your neighbors are working on

The Doctorate Day (D.Day) is an annual conference organized by the Association of Ph.D. Students and Assistants (ADAS) of the Faculty of Biology and Medicine-FBM of the University of Lausanne, and supported by the Doctoral School.
The event aims to connect researchers from the different departments of the faculty and, develop Ph.D. student interactions, highlight recent scientific contributions, and illustrate the wide variety of research conducted at FBM.
It is a one-day conference organized by Ph.D. students for the scientific community. During the day, invited keynote speakers to present their research on various topics. PhD students are allowed to share and present their work in different formats: short talks, elevator pitches, and posters. At D.Day you can present your work and discover what your neighbors are up to!
Students are encouraged to participate with either talks or posters and by attending lectures of internationally renowned scientists. Check the program of our previous D.Days to get an idea!
