The Code of practice for the doctorate was drawn up by the CRELEV (Commission de la relève académique) and approved by the Rectorate of the University of Lausanne in 2013. ACIDUL played an active part in its development and encourages all PhD students to read it. The document highlights the rights and duties of doctoral students as well as their supervisors in the context of PhD supervision. It can be used as a point of reference, particularly for assistants at the beginning of their contract, to clarify everyone’s roles and responsibilities.
