Now somewhat inherent to all of our work, formerly a stand alone topic.
As we are generating ever increasing amounts of data and as we occasionally make counter-intuitive observations, computational approaches are becoming more and more important for us to advance in our research. We are particularly keen to integrate and test our experimental data in dynamic modeling frameworks and routinely handle high throughput data, such as next generation sequencing or high resolution phenotyping.
