From 1984 to 1991, the Council of Europe published the Prison Information Bulletin, which included the first Council of Europe Annual Penal Statistics (SPACE). In 1992, the publication changed its name to the Penological Information Bulletin and it continued publishing the SPACE reports. The Bulletin was discontinued in 2006. The School of Criminal Sciences of the University of Lausanne is currently scanning the private collection of Prof. Marcelo Aebi and soon all the issues will be available here. The Bulletin was published both in English and in French.
