Making home-work a success – COVID-19

In line with the new prevention measures imposed by the University to contain the pandemic, we expect that most of us will be home-officing for the next weeks.

And, even though human connection can spread illness, human connection also promotes wellness.

Social distancing is now the indispensable measure for public health. However, you will also need to take additional measures to effectively home-office as well as ensure that your mental health and physical condition remain unaffected.

If you’re wondering how to do that please find some ideas at the images attached below.

You are reminded that the University has services to help you in case you find yourself in need of support (www.unil.ch/sasme/psy).

Also, please do not hesitate to contact us (adas@unil.ch) if the above-mentioned measures are ineffective or if you have suggestions to share.

Keep in mind that panic does not help the situation. Solidarity and mutual, yet distant/digital, support are recommended. Stay positive and we will effectively home-office, and make it through this together.
