Computational reproducibility as part of an agile and open approach to research, Computational Reproducibility Seminar, 19.09.2024

Computational reproducibility is widely acknowledged as good for science; it can, at times, for the individual researcher, feel like an overhead burden that reduces agility and speed. The Seminar will present a working methodology supported by concrete tools and techniques to make reproducibility support agility rather than hamper it and discuss concrete examples from recent research projects on how to incorporate these techniques to build manuscripts continuously and automatically, draw inspiration from continuous delivery when developing research ideas, and enforce the methodology through template systems.
