Research Interests
Tommaso’s main research interest encompasses the application of Deep Learning and NLP to investigate the evolution/regression of patients with brain gliomas, both exploiting images and medical reports.
Short Bio
Tommaso has a BSc and MSc in Biomedical Engineering. He is currently doing his PhD thesis with Prof. P. Hagmann (in collaboration with Dr. J. Richiardi and Dr. M. Bach Cuadra) at the Connectomics Lab of the Radiology Department of the CHUV. Please check his webpage.
