Big news for clinical research!
The SPIRIT–CONSORT guidelines offer a standard way to report trial protocols and findings. This helps authors to report their trials completely and transparently, providing readers with all the information they need to critically appraise, interpret and use the research.
A new version of the guidelines is now available, featuring an updated checklist that includes a new Open Science section and a dedicated item (No. 6) on data sharing.
