The Self-Determination Theory keeps being part of our research lab interests!
This time Gabriela will be present at CHI’22 in New Orleans participating in the organizing committee of the Self-Determination Theory in HCI: Shaping a Research Agenda SDT Workshop.
20 papers with great ideas and insights were accepted in the workshop. We are sure that these will spark discussions around SDT. The workshop topics revolve around forming theories, testing predictions, advancing methods, widening application areas, exploring mini-theories, computational interaction and translational research.
Also, Richard Ryan–one of the SDT Authors – will deliver the keynote: “The next 10 years of SDT research”.
The virtual sessions of the workshop will take place on April 14/15 and the on-site session on May 1st.
