The Trimscope II from LaVision BioTec (Miltenyi Biotec) is equipped with two laser excitations lines. A titanium-sapphire laser pumping an optical parameter oscillator (OPO) (Chameleon line, Coherent) offers the possibility to cover the overall excitation spectrum (from 690 to 1400 nm). The scanning speed is adjustable thanks to the use of a resonant scanner. A fully equipped surgery bench is available for sample preparations as well as a “bold line” from Okolab for explanted organs experiments.
