Moxi is a convenient solution for final evaluation of the very final cell suspension, in order to check it is as expected. It must not be considered as an alternative to standard cell counting and viability evaluation by the user. In other word, it does not prevent the user for performing all required QC prior to providing the cell suspension to the GTF staff.
In case Moxi QC metrics do not fit metrics obtained by the user, the GTF staff cannot take responsibility for choosing which metrics must be taken in account. The user must be experienced with the cell or tissue type(s) used with 10X Genomics experiment and is best placed to make the final decisions.
