PARMANav Dictionary Transformer
Framework for replacing traditional Extended Phase Graph simulations with transformer-based dictionary generation for quantitative cardiac MRI, predicting T1 and T2 values directly from acquisition timings

PMU Extraction
Extracts physiological signals (ECG, pulse oximetry, respiratory bellows, etc.) directly from Siemens .dat raw data without third-party software. These signals can be used for further cardiac trigger extraction and cardiac and respiratory binning in motion-resolved recontructions.
