One of the missions of the Alumnil network is to facilitate the transition to employment and career progression for Unil graduates. To support them in starting and developing their professional careers, several services are offered.

Numerous job offers are published on the Alumnil platform, coming from federal, cantonal, or municipal administrations, as well as Unil and CHUV, and various recruiters. Job postings are free for any employer and allow direct access to candidates holding a Unil degree.

Thanks to the availability and kindness of our members, the TandemPRO coaching service connects alumni established in the workforce with young graduates seeking advice on how to start their professional journey.

Preferential rates on a selection of courses are offered by UNIL–EPFL Continuing Education, and links are provided to access available Unil resources on the transition to employment.
