Collaborative Practices for Novices to Learn Programming (CAPS)

This research focuses on studying the different collaborative situations or interactions that can create pedagogically rich learning experiences for novices to learn programming. We are particulaly interested in understanding an individual’s behaviour towards learning programming in a collaborative context. We intend to augment their learning behaviour by designing different interventions for programming platforms that will help mediate collaborative interactions amongst learners for a positive learning outcome and thereby also foster their programming learning experience.
