Ludovica is a PhD student at the CHUV–UNIL Translational Magnetic Resonance Research Center from November 2025, working under the supervision of Dr. Jérome Yerly. Her current research focuses on developing reconstruction methods to characterize non-exponential transverse relaxation in brain and cardiac MRI.
She holds a Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and completed her thesis at EPFL, where she worked on dynamic 3D reconstruction of coronary arteries from beating heart angiographies.
Outside the lab, Ludovica enjoys hiking, baking cakes and reading.
