Adèle studied theoretical physics at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Lausanne (EPFL) and at King’s College London (KCL). She graduated from EPFL with a MSc degree in 2019.

She joined the CHUV-UNIL Translational Magnetic Resonance Research Center in 2019, in the frame of her MSc thesis, to work on fat quantification with MRI. There, she developed an interest for quantitative imaging and decided to pursue a PhD on this topic. She started as a PhD candidate in November 2019.

She is working under the supervision of Dr. Jessica Bastiaansen, on the topic of water-fat separated 3D MRI. She is currently focusing on the development of a post-processing framework that produces robust quantitative maps of the fat and water present in human tissues, from the analysis of MR images obtained with a bSSFP sequence.

Adèle likes (live) animals, british synth-pop and as any other 90s kid, Harry Potter.
