You can now register online

 You can register for one, two or three conferences at the same time on the same platform.

• Registration is extended until 29 August 2022!
• Registration closes on 30 July 2022, with an early bird rate until 22 June 2022.
• Conference registration is compulsory for all persons wishing to attend the SIEF (one or more conferences), whether or not they communicate (e.g. authors, co-authors, discussant, free listener).
• Each participant must be registered individually on the registration platform (personal account, which allows to register at the same time for one or more congresses but also to choose options such as the Gala evening, public talks) even if it is a laboratory or a department that pays the registration fees for a group of researchers.
• The registration fee gives access to all the services offered during the conference (delegate’s bag, plenary sessions and workshops, coffee breaks, meal vouchers for lunch breaks, evening drinks on Tuesday and Wednesday evening). The registration fee does not include travel and hotel expenses.
• For the gala evening on Thursday 15 September, a participation fee of CHF 60 is required. 
• The registration fee must be paid immediately after registration, at the latest by 15 August 2022 (for bank transfers). The registration is validated once the amount due has been received.
• Payment by card or bank transfer. Some banks charge a fee for a bank transfer to Switzerland. All costs associated with the transfer must be covered by the sender (OUR option: all costs are borne by the sender of the transfer) so that UNIL receives the full payment.
• A certificate of attendance will be issued at the end of the conference.

Fees

To foster dialogue between academic traditions and scientific associations, participants are encouraged to contribute to conferences other than their regular conference. Therefore, registration for one conference will automatically grant access to the “member” fee* for the other two.

*AREF “member” rate: members of the three AREF organising associations (SSRE, ABC-Educ and AECSE) who can prove that they have paid their membership fees are eligible. To become a member of one or more of these associations, you must affiliate directly with them.
