You will be able to draft and submit your abstract on your personal account page.
Note that there is a word limit of 250 words for the abstract. You can also provide up to 5 keywords.
Deadline for abstract submission: 15 February 2024
Notification of acceptance: 1 April 2024
Deadline for early bird registration: 15 April 2024
Pricing :
The registration fee includes access to all of the conference’s scientific content, the welcome apero, poster session drinks, lunches, excursions (activities & transport) and final banquet. It also includes taxes and fees for electronic payments.
Until early-bird deadline (April 15th):

After April 15th:
370 CHF students
520 CHF others
Please note that the registration fee is non-refundable if you cancel your registration.
Registration will be closed after May 31th
Payment Options :
You can choose to make the payment online through a credit card or through a bank transfer.
If you choose to transfer from your bank, then please give us a few days to update our records regarding your payment (since we will need to wait for information from our accounts department to confirm your payment).
For the purposes of the early bird registration, only the day on which we receive your payment matters, and not the day on which we update your payment status!
