I am a geomorphologist interested in high mountain periglacial environments. My research focuses on the study of rock glaciers and their potential as water resources through an interdisciplinary approach, under the co-supervision of Cristian Scapozza (SUPSI) and Christophe Lambiel. In particular, my research aims to better understand the impacts of ground ice melting on high mountain water resources. In this regard, hydro-chemical monitoring of the water emerging from rock glaciers, in combination with analysis of the dynamics of these periglacial landforms, are performed at different study sites located in the Swiss Alps.
