Sarah, Julian and Pascale attended the Annual Congress of the Swiss Society of Microbiology 2026 which took place in Montreux. A fantastic opportunity to meet fellow microbiologists from around Switzerland and discuss the latest science!
Julian had the opportunity to present his research during a talk titled: From correlations to interactions: predicting and engineering butyrate production in microbial communities
Sarah took this opportunity to present her PhD work, “The Causes and Consequences of Early-Life Malnutrition”, during the poster session.
Pascale presented the work from the lab during and talked about “Strain transmission and microbiome dynamics in early life”.
Congratulations to all!
