PhD in Law, Government and Public Policy from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (UAM). Since September 2025, he works as an Assistant Professor in Political and Administrative Sciences at UPO. He is a Research Fellow in the Lab Research Group Innovation, Technology and Public Management (ITGesPub, UAM), and member of the research group Política, Territorio y Participación (PTyP) (UPO). He previously was an Assistant Professor in Universidad de Valencia, and in the Institute of Public Administration, Universiteit Leiden (the Netherlands). His research topics include the study of digital government, algorithmic governance, transparency and public communication through social media, being his work published in leading journals such as Government Information Quarterly, International Review of Administrative Sciences, Local Government Studies, or Information Polity.
