“PROFEM, Improving Female Migrant Labor’s Positioning” is a European Research Council (ERC) approved project financed by the Swiss State Secretariat for Education, Research, and Innovation (SERI). It aims to advance the understanding of how gender and migration background jointly shape occupational segregation across the EU and over time.
