PROFEM is a European Research Council (ERC) project advancing the understanding of how gender and migration background jointly shape occupational segregation across the EU. Through an intersectional, cross-national, multi-method approach, PROFEM seeks to contribute to inclusive policies for the equitable labour market integration of migrant women.
