Sylvain is a data scientist interested in modeling risks associated with complex systems. His areas of expertise are spatio-temporal modeling of environmental data, Bayesian statistics, and machine learning. He is visiting the institute as part of his civil service for working on modeling winds to better manage renewable energies.
