November 2023: Our latest Preprint is now accessible on BioRxiv!

We discovered that DNA methylation is critical for the replication of the secondary chromosomal origin of the Agrobacterium tumefaciens plant pathogen. Congrats to Sandra and Florian for their amazing contribution!
