Monday
Monday 27th of April the conference starts with the hackathon and the first keynote presentation. This entire day will take place in the Amphimax/Amphipôle building complex of the UNIL Dorigny Campus (Google Maps).

Tuesday – Thursday
From Tuesday 28th to Thursday 30th of April (final day) the conference will be held at Palais de Rumine in Lausanne’s city center.
How to get there
The main entrance to the building (Google Maps), in front of place de la Riponne, can be reached from the Riponne-M. Béjart metro or bus stations.

Please note that the main entrance features a long flight of stairs and is therefore not suitable for disabled access. There is an elevator on the side of the building which can be accessed with the following pathway.
The venue
From Tuesday 28th to Thursday 30th (final day) the conference will be held in Palais de Rumine in Lausanne’s city center. Climate Informatics 2026 will be held in three separate spaces in the building.
- 2nd floor: The hackathon working space will be at the Sénat room (purple on the map).
- 3rd floor: The main conference presentations will be held in the Aula conference room (green on the map).
- 5th floor: The poster sessions will be held in the open Atrium corridor (grey on the map) on the same floor as the Zoology museum.
The late 19th century building houses public facilities like the Musée cantonal d’archéologie et d’histoire (Cantonal Museum of Archeology and History) and Musée cantonal de zoologie (Cantonal Museum of Zoology). During the conference, the public facilities will still be open to public.
