At the end of April 2020, Knud Haakonssen and Christian Maurer have sent the two volumes of the critical edition of Francis Hutcheson’s “A System of Moral Philosophy” (1755, 786 pages in 2 vols.) to the Press.
The edition will be part of the subseries “The Collected Works and Correspondence of Francis Hutcheson” in the renowned series “Natural Law and Enlightenment Classics” (general editor Knud Haakonssen) with Liberty Fund (Indianapolis): https://www.libertyfund.org/people/hutcheson-francis.
This marks a big milestone in the Tolerance project.
