I am an EPFL graduate with a degree in computational science and engineering. My ongoing work involves the development of machine learning techniques to model genetic risk, identify new drug targets, and predict patient outcome from large-scale observational data. My research is also attached to the HEARTMAGIC project, a study that aims at better characterizing the HFpEF disease using many modalities of data from multi-omics to cardiac MRI. I have a deep interest in deep learning, software engineering, and more recently, computational biology.
