The 2024 edition of the Sport Future Rendez-vous, focusing on the sustainability of major sporting events. The event is organised by CIRS ‘Centre interdisciplinaire de recherche sur le sport’ at UNIL.
« Sports for the Planet? » is a Swiss National Science Foundation-funded research project led by Prof Martin Müller. During the event, the team will present the results of a Delphi Expert Panel Survey, sharing insights on how major sporting events can transition towards sustainability. The presentation will be followed by a panel discussion featuring leading experts in the field of sustainability and sports.
