PHD. in public administration from the University of Lausanne (UNIL). Since October 2019, he has been Professor of Public Management at the Solvay Brussels School of Economics & Management (SBS-EM) of the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB). His research focuses mainly on three themes: transparency and accountability, public communication and social networks, and the valorisation and attractiveness of territories.
