Full Professor at Institut de hautes études en administration publique – IDHEAP
Professor of Public Management and Marketing at the Graduate Institute of Public Administration (IDHEAP) at the University of Lausanne (UNIL) since 2003. From 2012 to 2016, he was director of the institute and dean of the Faculty of Law, Criminal Sciences and Public Administration at UNIL. Since 2016, he has been vice-rector of UNIL.
He studied at the Universities of Fribourg, Berne and Berkeley (USA). He also has several years’ experience in corporate consultancy and is a member of various boards of directors and foundation boards.
