On Tuesday 16 April 2024, the Arc School of Business welcomed more than 60 participants to its Neuchâtel campus for the
first Community Management Research Day. The event brought together researchers and digital communication professionals to discuss the management of online communities for public authorities and the tourism sector.
Raphaël Zumofen, a researcher at the HES-SO Valais-Wallis and the University of Lausanne, urged communications professionals from public authorities and the tourism sector to engage their employers in an ‘active adoption’ of social networks, based on al regularity, al diversification of the communication channels used and al broad potential reach of publications.
