“My research objective is to evaluate the longitudinal effects of physiolytics use in Swiss public administrations. I will apply mixed research approaches based on quasi-experimental and narrative enquiry. The quasi-experiment includes two treatments: workplace technological and motivational interventions. The technological interventions are realized with help of wearable digital trackers linked to the computer data analytics. The motivational interventions are measures elaborated for keeping employees encouraged and interested in using physiolytics. I will operationalize the investigated effects as measures of organizational performance, including worker wellbeing, productivity and absenteeism. My research will clarify if (at all) and how long-term effects of physiolytics can be harnessed in the public administration.”
