I graduated in nursing in 2010 in Coimbra (Portugal) and have had the opportunity to practice in different care settings and in four countries.
I have been working for several years with elderly patients with chronic diseases, particularly chronic kidney disease. I am interested in transitional care and disease management at home.
In 2018, the collaboration as a research nurse at the Hôpital of the Valais further increased my special interest in research and motivated my inscription in the Master of Science in Nursing in 2021.
In February 2022, I joined the IN-SIGHT research group as a Research collaborator.
