The CIVIS Alliance is launching in spring 2026 a micro-credential entitled “AI and Work: Supporting Teams Through Change”, aimed at middle managers seeking to better understand artificial intelligence and its impacts on organisations. Jointly certified by Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB), the University of Lausanne and Aix-Marseille University, this 3-ECTS online programme consists of three modules covering the fundamentals of AI, its effects on work environments, and change management and resistance in AI-driven contexts. Designed to be compatible with professional activity, the micro-credential equips team leaders with practical tools, a critical understanding and a shared language to support their teams in an informed, collaborative and ethical way as they navigate AI-induced transformations.
