Serena Favarin is Assistant Professor of Criminology at the Faculty of Political and Social Sciences at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan and researcher at Transcrime – Joint Research Centre on Transnational Crime. Her main research interests are spatial analysis of crime, urban crimes, fear of crime, transnational crimes (e.g., illicit waste trafficking, illicit trade in tobacco products) and organized crime.
