Arkadiusz Lach

Arkadiusz Lach is professor of Criminal Procedure at the Faculty of Law and Administration, Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun, Poland. He specializes in criminal procedure, evidence, European criminal law, personal data protection and cybercrime. He deals with the COVID-19 issues in two research projects: individual prevention in the criminal process and remote procedural acts in the criminal process.
