Our teaching covers all levels of higher education:
Bachelor-level teaching
At Bachelor level, we introduce students to quantitative problem-solving in biology, including practical exercises that use mathematics and programming to explore biological questions. Specifically, we currently contribute the following three courses:
- Bioinformatics for Genomics (Bsc3/GGE-module: 10C+10TP)
- Diffusion in Biology (Bsc3/MBB-module: 2C+2TP)
- Solving Biological Problems that require Math (BSc3/opt.: 12C+24TP)
Master-level teaching
At Master level, our teaching focuses on computational biology and bioinformatics, including statistical approaches and analysis methods for biological and biomedical data:
- Data Science (MB: 6C+6TP)
- Data Analysis (MLS & BEC: 8C+8TP)
Doctoral training
We contribute to doctoral education in quantitative biology and bioinformatics, including training and supervision of PhD students.
