We are thrilled to share that professor Yash Raj Shrestha has been awarded the inaugural Future of Organizations Fellowship from the Organization Design Community!
This fellowship supports researchers in understanding and adapting to technological and cultural shifts affecting organizational design. A special thank you to the organizing committee, including Carliss Baldwin (Harvard Business School), Martin Gonzalez (Google), and Gurneeta Vasudeva (University of Minnesota – Carlson School of Management), as well as present and past ODC Chairs Tobias Kretschmer (Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München) and Phanish Puranam (INSEAD) for this incredible honor.
