In close collaboration with project managers and companies, we are launching a major project to :
1. Take stock: where do the project managers stand with regard to the « ethical and social » management of projects (IS and others)?
2. Identify which practices, tools and methods are used to manage projects in an « ethical and social » way.
3. Design and share: lessons learned? What to do? What to avoid?
The final objective is to share experiences between project managers (by organising workshops to exchange practices), and to design adapted tools/approaches to help them in this very difficult request.
