Digital Innovation Units (DIUs) are trendy, but are they worth the hype ? We are a team of researchers from the University of Lausanne and are conducting a project on Digital Innovation Units (DIU). We aim to understand how they are set up and whether or not they contribute to firms’ genuine performance.
