How to get there

Lausanne

Situated at the heart of Europe, Lausanne benefits from an advantageous geographical location and can be easily reached by public transportation. The University campus is a few minutes away from the city center with the metro M1.

Lausanne has good train connections and it only takes 3:40 from Paris (direct connection), 3:20 from Milan (direct connection) and less than 10 hours from Amsterdam, Berlin, London, Vienna, etc.

If you are flying (most of European capitals are within a 2-hour flight), many direct trains (several per hour) circulate daily to Lausanne from Geneva Airport (40 minutes) or Zurich Airport (2:30). There is a train station located directly in both airports.

IDHEAP

The workshops will be held in the IDHEAP building on the campus of the University of Lausanne (UNIL). You can access a map via Google Maps or the federal geoportal.
