The PAF has installed a cutting-edge Orbitrap Astral Zoom mass spectrometer, delivering 20–50% higher proteome coverage from complex samples using less starting material. Paired with an EvoSep LC system for robust, high-throughput analysis, the instrument will enter service in the coming weeks.

NEW !!! Olink REVEAL® Assay Now Supported
In collaboration with the GTF, we now support the targeted Olink REVEAL® assay for detecting biomarkers and signalling factors in biofluids. Using antibody-based proximity extension assays (PEA) with NGS detection, REVEAL offers excellent sensitivity and specificity, measuring up to 1,034 proteins relevant to inflammation, cancer, and immunology.
