Exporting Serval references to ORCID and the FNS CV

This training is designed for researchers who would like to learn how to properly export their Serval records to ORCID.

Subsequently, participants will learn how to enrich their FNS CV by integrating their ORCID references. Although this integration is not mandatory, it offers a new possibility to display publications, with the ORCID account information appearing directly in the generated CV.

The session will include demonstrations and individual support to ensure a deep understanding and effective application of the techniques presented.

For FBM researchers UNIL and CHUV, a specific course is offered by BiUM.

AI at UNIL

Artificial intelligence (AI) tools have recently undergone meteoric development, particularly with ChatGPT being made available to the public. The academic world very quickly realised the potential, but also the risks, that these tools pose for the way a university's research, teaching and administration operate.

To support its students, researchers and teachers in their questions about the use of AI in their daily practice, UNIL has published a FAQ dedicated to this topic on this page: unil.ch/numerique.

It is divided into three sections: AI in teaching, AI for my studies, and AI in research.
